1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by Premier Motor Works Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “the Shop”), located at 1155 60th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219. By visiting this website, requesting an estimate, or authorizing work on your vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services We Provide

We provide the following services:

• Mechanical repair and maintenance (engine, brakes, transmission, suspension, diagnostics, and related services)
• Collision repair, body work, and refinishing
• Sales of pre-owned vehicles

Vehicle listings, service descriptions, and pricing shown on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Availability, condition, and pricing are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only at the time of a written estimate or sales agreement.

3. Estimates and Authorization

You are entitled to a written estimate before any repair work begins. We will not perform work exceeding the authorized amount without first obtaining your approval. If additional repairs become necessary during service, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.

Diagnostic work may be required before an accurate estimate can be provided. Diagnostic fees, if applicable, will be disclosed to you in advance.

Estimates are valid for a limited period and may be revised if parts pricing changes or if the scope of work differs from what was initially assessed.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of work and before the vehicle is released, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

For collision work involving an insurance claim, you remain responsible for any deductible and for any amount not covered by your insurer.

5. Vehicle Pickup and Storage

Vehicles should be picked up promptly once you are notified that work is complete. Vehicles left beyond a reasonable period after completion may be subject to storage charges. We will notify you before any storage charges begin to accrue.

Vehicles abandoned at our premises may be disposed of in accordance with applicable New York State law, including any applicable garagekeeper’s lien procedures.

6. Used Vehicle Sales

Pre-owned vehicles are sold subject to a separate written sales agreement, which governs the terms of that specific transaction. Vehicle descriptions, mileage, photographs, and specifications on this website are provided in good faith but are not warranties. We encourage all buyers to inspect any vehicle in person and to obtain an independent inspection before purchase.

Warranty coverage on used vehicles, where applicable, is described in our Warranty & Refund Policy and in the written sales documents provided at the time of sale.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before leaving it with us. We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle.
• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, its history, and the problem you are experiencing.
• Disclose any aftermarket modifications, prior repairs, or known existing damage.
• Ensure you have legal authority to authorize work on the vehicle.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, loss of use, towing, or rental vehicle costs, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable New York State consumer protection law.

9. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or complete. This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify or remove content at any time without notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kings County, New York.
